As a learning designer, coach and psychologist, I work with individual clients and collaborate on precision‑focused behavioural health projects, including Precisiona (Precision Analytica) and the emerging einlove (Evolve in Nurturing Love). My practice uses evidence‑informed and real‑life data‑driven methods to design personalised interventions shaped by each person’s psychological, physical, spiritual, and environmental context.
Grounded in precision behavioural health, I integrate lifestyle patterns, motivation, environment, and—where relevant—genetic predispositions to create targeted pathways for change. These approaches support personal development, performance, anxiety and addiction management, trauma recovery, healthy ageing, weight management, and cardiovascular and cognitive wellbeing.
Beyond Tracking: Wearables, apps, and biomarker testing now offer continuous behavioural and biological insights, but data alone rarely drives sustainable change. My approach blends psychology, neuroscience, and behaviour‑intervention design, emphasising feasibility and simplicity, with aligned stepwise action.
By combining behavioural science with selective machine‑learning and AI use cases, we can decode complex patterns, anticipate optimal intervention moments, and deliver adaptive, personalised strategies—such as timely prompts or recommendations—when they are most effective.
Whether in coaching or advisory mode, I work alongside experienced practitioners and a trusted advisory group, drawing on a strong peer network to enhance the quality and impact of every engagement, grounded in the professional ethics and conduct of bodies such as ISCP, UK's BPS & GTC, and EMCC.
