Coaching Psychologist & Learning Designer
I partner with individuals and teams to design and deliver sustainable, meaningful change. Through a precise and tailored approach, I help align mindsets, grow and embed core capabilities, and optimise purposeful learning habits; unlocking behaviour enhancement that lasts.
Drawing on advisory experience, coaching psychology, and programme design expertise, I craft strategies that balance proactive performance with genuine wellness. My learning frameworks - including ADE2™ and the DEAL model - are grounded in longitudinal research and shaped by pragmatic, solution‑focused coaching principles. Together, we co‑create a personalised pathway that addresses your unique challenges and opportunities.
The change you seek starts now: with clarity and precision, courage, and lasting impact.
Individual QoL Coaching
Authentic, Personalised Learning Designed Around You
I create innovative, high‑impact learning experiences that strengthen your quality‑of‑life (QoL) factors and fit seamlessly into your context. Through an ethical and transparent coaching or advisory partnership, we co‑design tailored interventions that grow your capabilities, surface sustainable solutions, and support you throughout a meaningful learning journey.
With your guidance, we take the time to deeply understand your mission‑critical and values‑driven learning needs. As your reflective partner, I blend robust, evidence‑informed content with custom‑curated programmes—shaping each experience around your life stage, goals, and real‑world environment.
A Proven, Human‑Centred Approach
Using our proprietary Align, Grow & Optimise model, we move through three stages:
Phase 1 – Discovery: a diagnostic discussion supported, where helpful, by brief psychometric profiling.
Phase 2 – Focus: One‑to‑one coaching conversations that explore your goals in depth.
Phase 3 – Mastery: an ongoing journey guided by the heuristic model (schematically outlined below).
The programme typically spans 9–10 consecutive or theme‑oriented weeks, totalling around 24 hours of contact time and guided learning/inner work, with ongoing opportunities to deepen your thinking and practice. Throughout, we work to connect mindfully and heartfully in a safe, professional, and regenerative environment.
Optimal Quality of Life: a 4‑by‑4 Factor Model
My unified coaching approach draws on integrative research showing that quality of life is shaped by the intentional yet harmonious interaction of four primary dimensions—Physical, Mental, Social, and Spiritual. Alongside these, four secondary factors play a critical role: Personal Behaviours & Attributes, Environmental Attributes, and targeted Interventions.
It is the equilibrium across these eight factors—maintaining our context‑specific sustainable rhythm as illustrated through the moving‑image analogy—that ultimately supports an optimal quality of life.
